What is a SassyPants Escape?

If your idea of a fabulous vacation is a beach and a margarita for 7 days (zero judgment), Escapes are not for you. On the other hand, if your idea of a good time is training at aerial studios around the world, meeting fascinating new circus friends, and adventuring hard in spectacular places, then you’re an Escape Artist.

Who Can Come on a SassyPants Escape?

You can! Escapes are open to any and all circus friends over the age of 21. You should be in good health, an enthusiastic traveler, and get along well with other folks – it’s a group trip. 😉

How Does an Escape Work?

Escapes are easy! I plan, you enjoy.

  • Get yourself to the starting point. This allows you to use miles, add stops and layovers to your itinerary, adjust your schedule to best suit your preferences, and travel hack your brains out. You do you, friend!
  • Typically, dinners are included in your trip. We also schedule a grocery store run for snacks, breakfast & lunch items, etc.
  • During the planning phase, I estimate accommodation costs based on hotels. When we get a final headcount, we can all have a little chat about whether we want to switch to an AirBnB, bed and breakfast, etc to save a little cash. If we switch, the difference in cost is reflected in your final payment.
  • Speaking of accommodations, you’ll have the option of getting a room all to yourself (more $$), or sharing a room (less $$). Traveling with a friend? Lemme know and it’s easy for you to be roomies!
  • We’re all grownups. If you feel like sleeping in, skipping dinner, or just want to go off and do your own thing, DO IT!
