Deep Stretch Class
How often do you tell yourself that you’re going to stretch more?
OK friends – let’s make this happen! Now through August 2017, I’ll be offering a one hour Deep Stretch class, with a specific emphasis on bits and pieces we aerialists really need to work on (think backbends, shoulders, splits, and other torturous things). Summertime is the perfect time to work on sitting on your own head! Come join me!
Just purchase the session, and email me the date you’d like to come! This class is ground based, so we can have up to 15 participants.
NOTE: You have the option of using a variety of “props” in class – yoga balls, a “peanut”, and a heavy-duty resistance band. You absolutely can do the class without them, but they’re nice to have! You can bring your own, or purchase through me (at least 3 days lead time required).
